In a recent blog-post by Hilly Drok, trainer and expert on self-regulated learning at ‘Toetsrevulotie’, discusses why it is important to make your learning more difficult, but in a desirable way. She refers to our Study Smart training and how we address important aspects in supporting students to integrate desirable difficulties in their learning: (metacognitive) knowledge, beliefs, feedback, commitment, planning, and lot’s of practice to eventually build up successful study habits. Read more about this process on their website ‘toetsrevolutie‘ (in Dutch).
